If you are trying to open a full-text article that you found using LibSearch (library main search box) or a link to a Business Insights Company Profile, and you see the message  "Your connection is not private"* please click on the "Advanced" box below the message and proceed to the site. 

If this does not solve the problem please:

If the problem continues, please contact library@berkeleycollege.edu and include the title of the resource you were searching for.

 

If you are trying to open a database through a link on our A-Z Database List and are receiving an error that says Bad Request, as seen here:

Please do the following:

  • Go into your browser settings and clear your cache, cookies, and history
  • Close your browser and reopen it
  • Try accessing the database again

If the problem continues, please contact library@berkeleycollege.edu and include the title of the resource you were searching for.

If you are trying to access a ProQuest article using our Publication Finder and are unable to open the link, please search for the article or publication directly in ProQuest Central.
