After you leave Berkeley, you can maintain access to your email address IF you keep it active. If you have not used your Berkeley email for one year, it will be deleted. You will also have to change your password every 3 to 6 months, so if you are not able to change your password when it expires, you may need to contact Berkeley's virtual assistant Lucy or a Helpdesk staff member.

Students access to their Microsoft Office products usually expire shortly after graduating or leaving Berkeley College.
