The Helpdesk has 24/7 Canvas support. The Helpdesk Chat Bot is available 24 hours a day and will prompt you to open a ticket if it cannot resolve your issue. Students, staff and faculty can reset and change their passwords at http://MyID.berkeleycollege.edu 24/7. The Helpdesk is staffed internally Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM. A ticket can be opened anytime via HelpDesk self-service at or email Helpdesk@berkeleycollege.edu
