The Berkeley Helpdesk is staffed by human tech support employees on Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM.

The
Helpdesk Chat Bot is available 24 hours a day and will prompt you to open a ticket if it cannot resolve your issue.
Students, staff and faculty can reset and change their passwords at http://MyID.berkeleycollege.edu
 anytime. 
Canvas also has 24/7 support if there's a problem in one of your courses.


A ticket can be opened anytime with Berkeley I.S. via
HelpDesk self-service or at email Helpdesk@berkeleycollege.edu.
