The most common reason that the Library links don't work are:

  • You are not logged into Engage or your login has expired. Login into Engage, click to the library tile and then to A-Z databases, especially if you are off-campus. Otherwise, it may not know that you are a Berkeley student who is allowed to use the databases.
  • LibSearch gave you a list of results, but has a gold bar across the top of the screen that says Welcome Guest. Click on that and you will get logged in and be able to see the full-text of any articles the library has access to.
