Q. Why can't I access the library databases on my Mac computer?

Accessing the library databases requires a Berkeley College username and password. Unfortunately, logging on to the database page does not always work correctly in the Safari internet browser, which is the default browser on Mac computers. Try opening the library page in a browser like Google Chrome for better results.

You can download Google Chrome to your Mac computer and then use that browser to access the library webpage in Engage. 

If you are using Chrome on your Mac and still having trouble accessing the library databases you can chat with a librarian or with Help Desk for assistance.
