To search for an article in The New York Times:

We have full text access to all New York Times articles [June 1, 1980 to present] available in our ProQuest Newsstand database.

To browse all available issues:

Access the databases list, by clicking on the A-Z Database tile on the library homepage.

Once on the A-Z Database page:

  • Filter the "All Database Types" dropdown menu to “News Articles”
  • Then filter by the letter N for the New York Times


To search for an article in ProQuest US Newstream:

Access the databases list, by clicking on the A-Z Database tile on the library homepage.

Once on the A-Z Database page:

  • Filter the "All Database Types" dropdown menu to  “News Articles”  for US Newstream.
  • Then filter by the letter "U" from the alphabetical list of letters (U is for US Newstream)
