The Berkeley College Library has many collections of short stories in print. You can search for them by using the Library Catalog.
From Engage, click on the tile for the Library. On the Library homepage, click on the Library Catalog icon.
Type your search term(s) into the text box at the top of the page. You can try searching for the title of the work, the author's name, or even just "short stories". You can also try combining keywords. For example:
- "short stories" AND "Neil "
- "The Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber" AND "Ernest Hemingway"
- "short stories" AND British
- "short story collection"
- "short story anthology".
Browse the results and click on the title of a work so you can get more information, such as the table of contents and where copies of the book are located. NOTE: If your search did not retrieve the results you wanted, try changing your keywords or consult with a librarian.
Read the summary. If it sounds like a book you would like, click All Copies to find which location(s) holds the book. You can place a hold on the book by clicking the Place Hold button.
