Counseling Services

For online students, Berkeley College's Counseling and Wellness department offers in-person, telephone, and video sessions for students, as well as maintains a LibGuide with many self-help resources and referral information, holds weekly podcasts called Casual Talk, and subscribes to a 24/7 psychoeducational website, Student Health 101.
Our counselors help students with academic, relational, emotional, financial, work-related, and other issues that affect their academics and their mental health.

Information For Faculty

Please contact the counselors if you have a student who is experiencing difficulties that are interfering with his/her academic success and/or personal well-being.

Counselors are also happy to reach out to the student to offer support and assistance. You can also refer the student to contact the counselors directly, although connections are made at a higher rate when you email the student and the counselor at the same time and “introduce” them to each other.
