Printing an attachment from email may differ slightly depending on the email client you are using (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), but the general process is the same.

1. Download the attachment. You may be able to do this by clicking directly on the attachment, on a link which says "Download," or by clicking a drop-down arrow next to the attachment and choosing download, open, or save from the menu. Any of these options will work, and may depend on the email client you are using.

2. Open the attachment from your computer. This may be in your Downloads folder or in a folder to which you've saved it. It might open as a Word document, PDF, photo, etc. depending on the file type.

3. In the document, click File --> Print.

4.  Select the correct printer. Make sure that a physical printer is selected and that options such as "Open in OneDrive" or "Print to PDF" are not selected.  If you are unsure what physical printer is connected to the computer, ask a librarian or instructor.
