Counseling services are available to onsite and online students. Our counselors help students with academic, relational, emotional, financial, work-related, and other issues that affect their academics and their mental health.

To reach out to counselors at each campus please go to this page and scroll down until you see Contact Information.

For online students, Berkeley College's Counseling and Wellness department offers in-person, telephone, and video sessions with students, as well as maintains a LibGuide with many self-help resources and referral information, and subscribes to a 24/7 psychoeducational website CampusWell.

Faculty, please contact the counselors if you have a student who is experiencing difficulties that are interfering with his/her academic success and/or personal well-being. They are also where students need to go to access Disability Services or request accommodations.

Counselors are happy to reach out to the student to offer support and assistance. You can also refer the student to contact the counselors directly, although connections are made at a higher rate when you email the student and the counselor at the same time and “introduce” them to each other.
