If you are logged into Engage, you will not be prompted to enter a password to access a database or electronic book.  If are prompted for a password, it’s likely because you have been logged out of Engage after a period of inactivity.  You may think you're logged in, but Engage will log you out after you have been inactive for a period of time.

Log out of Engage, then log back in. Click on the library tile, then the “A to Z Databases” button. Select the database or eBook collection you need to access depending on what you are looking for.

After following these steps, if you are still being asked to enter a password, please contact a librarian through our live chat service. It is possible that we do not subscribe to certain modules of certain databases. A librarian will be able to point you in the right direction.
