The library has several databases you can use to research of a specific industry, but the two recommended the most are IBISWorld, or  Plunkett Research. Access these databases using the A-Z Database list.

To find an industry report using Plunkett Research, click on the link "Research An Industry" and choose an industry from the menu options (see image below). Next click on the "Market Research and Trends" link and read through the industry report (use the 'next' or 'previous' buttons at the bottom of each page to switch to different sections of the report).

In IBISWorld, search for the reports by "industry, keyword, or company name" and select the appropriate industry. You can also search for a specific information within this industry. In addition, you can also search iExpert Reports. Note that the Berkeley College library does not have access to US Risk Early Warning System (EWS).

Another database that also provides industry information is Business Insight. On the lending page click on "Advanced Search," next select the tab for "Industries" and search for an industry by name of NAICs code.
