In your course in Canvas, you can find the professor (or your classmates) in the People page on the course navigation bar. You can search or just choose "Teacher" (or "Student") from the Everyone box, then click on their name from the list.
Your professor has a Profile page with his or her contact information. Anytime you see the professor's name, click on it to see their profile:
The contact number and office hours for professors are also included at the beginning of the syllabus for the class, if you downloaded or printed it from the Syllabus page in Canvas.
